We are reaching out to inform you that Red Rock Dental – Farmington will be permanently closing our doors. Our last day of seeing patients at our location will be November 20th, 2026.
It has been our absolute privilege to care for you and your smile over the years at Red Rock Dental Farmington, and we sincerely appreciate your trust and support.
To ensure continuity of care, we recommend transferring to Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental, which is located at 3751 N Butler Ave Ste 113, Farmington, NM 87401. You can reach Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental at 505-564-9000 or visit their website www.herman4braces.com. For any Medicaid patients, we’re happy to provide referrals as needed.
Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental is led by Dr. David Herman, who is committed to personal and clinical excellence and can’t wait to meet you! Dr. Herman has received extensive training in several areas of dentistry and has received several awards upon completing his degree at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University.
If Four Corners Orthodontics & Dental isn’t the right fit for you, we’re happy to help transfer your dental records to the provider of your choice. You have the right to request a copy of your records at any time. Our goal is to ensure your treatment continues smoothly and comfortably, wherever that may be. We intend to make this transition as seamless as possible and are more than happy to help. We remain committed to your well-being during this transition.
